The Most Important Meal of the Day...


Your first meal of the day should NOT be sugar, er um, I meant cereal. This article by Dr. Mercola sheds a little light on the issue of breakfasts that do not do the body any good! Your "traditional" breakfast could instead be setting you up for insulin-resistance and weight gain. That is not where I want you to be headed!
"Remember that even "healthy" low-sugar cereals are nutritional disasters, as "grains" of all types are simple carbohydrates and will spike both blood sugar and insulin in your body, just like sugar."
